un gran esfuerzo en dinero, tiempo y dedicaci\u00f3n para mantener a la empresa funcionando.<\/p><p>Note que OTIF &lt; 85% es la causa en este diagrama, pero tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 etiquetado como un efecto indeseable.<\/p><p>Nuestra hip\u00f3tesis es que la causa de ese nivel de OTIF no es negligencia, m\u00e1s bien es administrar la producci\u00f3n con los supuestos m\u00e1s ampliamente aceptados, tanto en la industria como en la Academia.<\/p><p>El trabajo del Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt (1947 &#8211; 2011) permiti\u00f3 revelar las falacias con las que se administran las empresas y obtienen estos resultados.
