Is this service applicable to any type of company?
The short answer is: yes, it applies to any company that manufactures or distributes consumer goods. But if your company imports all inventory and has no other local warehouses or outlets, you must have numerous retail customers. Let's talk about the service you can offer them.
How is the integration with my current system?
FILLRATE100 does not modify your current system. The way it integrates is through text files that are sent over a secure connection to our server. And it is configurable to receive replenishment suggestions by email or to automate via SFTP.
I don't have an ERP, and I can't automate the data extraction, can you help me?
At Goldfish we have the ability to program scripts that automate the entire process from having a file exported from your system. If you cannot automate this, the export task must be done manually, which typically takes less than five minutes per day.
Does this system handle seasonality or promotions?
Yes, FILLRATE100 is able to automate the seasons that are repeated every year. For one-off promotions, no automation is required.
I already have an ERP, does this replace it?
FILLRATE100 is an add-on to any ERP, it does not replace it for recording data. If you use any ERP function to decide replenishments, it does replace it.
